Ranker Guru's Refund Policy is for all the purchases you do on our website. Read below to find out under which conditions you can get a refund.

Order Processing

When you place an order at Ranker Guru, there is a 24-hour window to cancel it. In those 24 hours, your order stays in the processing stage. Ranker Guru won’t provide you with any refund If you cancel your order after 24 hours.

Will I get a refund when fewer backlinks than the number highlighted in the plan are provided?

If you get fewer backlinks than the number highlighted in the plan, we'll provide you with the number of lost backlinks. When you get fewer backlinks, it is not a mistake on our part because it is quite common for website administrators to delete backlinks. Know that we’ll only provide you with the lost backlinks when you inform us of the issue within the first 24 hours of receiving the order. If you do it later than that, no refund will be provided.
